1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7u99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://7u99.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional programmes.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the 7u99 platform and, if you have already registered, contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

2.1 Access to and use of the 7u99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times while using the platform:

All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus funds held within them will be forfeited.

3.7 Account registration and usage is for personal, recreational purposes only. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 7u99 platform is strictly prohibited.

4.1 All financial transactions on 7u99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 7u99's discretion.

Deposits

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 7u99, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 7u99 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network.

4.3 You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. 4.5 Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified players only. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until all required documents have been submitted and approved.

5.6 Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using arbitrage strategies to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions — will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses, the voiding of any winnings derived from abusive play, and may result in permanent account closure.

8.2 Closure by 7u99: 7u99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;

8.4 Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 7u99 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player at their registered email address before imposing any dormancy fee. 8.5 These Terms, and any rights and obligations arising from them, survive the closure or termination of your 7u99 account where the nature of those rights or obligations requires it.

8.6 Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. English is the governing language for all interpretation, disputes, and communications relating to these Terms.

8.7 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.8 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the 7u99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7u99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
